Join our dynamic team at Simulators City as a Racing Simulator Center Gaming Assistant! We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who loves gaming and thrives in a customer-oriented environment. This role requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and a genuine enthusiasm for racing simulators.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing their questions and needs, and ensuring a memorable experience at our simulator center.
• Simulator Operation: Manage the operation of racing simulators, including setup, troubleshooting, and guiding new users in how to use the equipment.
• Technical Support: Possess basic computer troubleshooting skills to help resolve any technical issues with the simulators swiftly to minimize downtime.
• Product Promotion: Educate customers on the latest sim racing gear and promotions available at our center.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and running racing events, competitions, and community meet-ups.
• Sales Support: Process sales transactions for session bookings and racing gear purchases.
• Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on simulators to ensure they are in optimal condition.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about gaming and technology, with a particular interest in racing games.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in technology or customer service are a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.52 - $16.19 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
